In this 90 minute workshop you will learn the difference between inner and outer core and how important it is they both work together to keep you on the wall. You will run through the best ways to activate both, have a play on the  Indo Board and achieve your climbing goals this winter!

Tim Cunnington is the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the GB Junior Bouldering Team, a Functional Strength Coach, Advanced Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor, climber and runner.
